(CNN) -- The British leisure group Rank Group has agreed to sell its Hard Rock Cafe and casino business to the Seminole Tribe of Florida for $965 million. The plan is to turn the chain into a pure gaming group, focusing on UK casino liberalization from next year.

$688 million: The amount the group intends to return to shareholders by way of a special dividend.

124: The total number of Hard Rock Cafes the chain owns.
