DALLAS, Texas (CNN) -- A shooting at a military base in Fort Worth, Texas, left three people wounded Thursday, a military spokeswoman said.

Authorities would not say if the incident involved civilians or military personnel.

The suspected gunman is in custody, said Laura Smith, a spokeswoman for the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base.

Fort Worth police responded to the incident.

No other details were immediately available.
