Florida girls found after Amber Alert

(CNN) -- An Amber Alert has been canceled for two Florida children allegedly taken from their home in Kissimmee, Florida, by their father, police said Thursday.
The girls were found safely in Kissimmee and their father Michael James, was taken into custody, said Kissimmee Police spokesman Ralph Herrera.
According to Herrera, James took his two daughters Sierra , 2, and Samaya Turner-James, 1, from their mother, who has sole custody.
James and the the two girls were found by police after a statewide Amber Alert was issued for them.
The children were in good condition, Herrera said.
