Rovers were relegated to the Conference in 1998 and after five years as a non-league club returned to the elite by winning the playoffs after finishing third in the table. They beat Manchester City in round two and reached this stage with two late goals from sub Paul Heffernan, a £125,000 summer signing from Bristol City, as they beat Gillingham 2-0 in the third round. David O'Leary's Villa have won only two of their 10 league games this season. Charlton Athletic, who knocked out holders Chelsea on penalties on Wednesday, will host fellow Premier League side Blackburn Rovers. Championship outfit Crystal Palace's reward for upsetting European champions Liverpool in the third round is a trip to Premier League Middlesbrough. Bryan Robson takes his West Bromwich Albion side to former club Manchester United while Wigan Athletic host Newcastle United in another all-Premier League tie. Arsenal host highflying Championship side Reading. The games will be played on November 29 and 30.
