John Waters and David Lynch are talking heads on this zippy doc, further proof that dingy little movies (and movie theaters) are a gift from heaven. -- Gregory Kirschling EW Grade: B+ Best of the rest8-10PM AMERICAN OUTLAWS (UPN, TV-14-LV) Colin Farrell plays the "target of the biggest manhunt," which is not nearly as gay-porn as it sounds. 9-9:30PM HOPE & FAITH (ABC, TV-PG, DL) Dixie Carter and Hal Holbrook take their sexagenarian-couple act on the road and bond with Faith, which is not nearly as kinky-threesome-porn as it sounds. (R) 10-11PM NUMB3RS (CBS, TV-PG-LV) Charlie thinks an engineering student was murdered. Why? 'Cause life with a fat paycheck means you won't kill yourself?! Actually, that makes sense. (R) 10-11PM BATTLESTAR GALACTICA (Sci Fi Channel, TV-PG-VSL) Tigh adopts the Despot Doctrine: If you can't rule with a cool head, do it with an iron fist.
