Tonight's Best TVTuesday, July 19By Alynda Wheat Entertainment Weekly
(Entertainment Weekly) -- Entertainment Weekly's daily guide to notable shows: 9-10PM SEASON FINALE: BLOW OUT (Bravo) Poor Jonathan Antin. In the first season he had to deal with less-than-impressive hair-salon employees who show off their stomachs to employees and bring in lists of complaints to their boss. This year has been even more stressful as he has tried to launch his own line of hair-care products. Who knew that a little hair gel could be so messy? Best of the rest9-10PM I WANT TO BE A HILTON (NBC, TV-14) On second thought ... 10-11PM SERIES DEBUT: MIAMI INK (TLC) Reality show in a tattoo parlor. Because anyone who writes on their bodies must have something to say. 10-11PM SEASON PREMIERE: EXTREME DODGEBALL (OLN, TV-PG) Say what you will about team captain Mario Lopez (and you shouldI can't do everything), but you gotta love any "sport" that gives commissioner Rip Torn a reason to get up in the morning. 10:30PM-MIDNIGHT PRETTY THINGS (HBO, TV-14) Surprisingly slow, given the bawdy topic, Liz Goldwyn's documentary about the last of vaudeville's burlesque queens is a mishmash of tinny footage and modern-day interviews intercut with the director's own awkward attempts at stripping. Hint: Don't wear a T-shirt under your costume. Seemingly more interested in raiding her subject's closets than their memory banks, Goldwyn assembles a nice mix of interviewees but fails to press them beyond a basic Q&A. Betty "Ball of Fire" Rowland was the inspiration behind the 1941 Barbara Stanwyck film? More details, please! --Michelle Kung EW Grade: C+
