Entertainment Weekly: The Must List

"Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang" With his pulpy directorial debut, "Lethal Weapon" scribe Shane Black tweaks the buddy-action cliches he all but invented. Review: "Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang" 2. "Viva Blackpool" When a body turns up in the town's casino, a suspect sings to the authorities in BBC America's deliciously enigmatic mystery-musical series. 3. "The Mouse and the Mask," Danger Doom Producer Danger Mouse and rapper MF Doom team up on a goofy CD inspired by Cartoon Network's Adult Swim 'toons. Review: "The Mouse and the Mask" 4. "Bar Mitzvah Disco" A book of photos and essays celebrating the timeless rituals (polyester suits, has-been rock stars) of these blessed events. 5. "Forty Shades of Blue" The heroine of this Sundance winner endures many hues of grief -- including a bullying lover, played by a volcanically brilliant Rip Torn. Review: "Forty Shades of Blue" 6. "Bat Boy Lives!" by David Perel We can't be certain, but we're pretty sure we saw Bat Boy, P'lod the alien, and a few other unforgettable faces from the beyond-bizarre tabloid "Weekly World News" lurking at our local bookstore. 7. "You Could Have It So Much Better," Franz Ferdinand On their sophomore effort, the Scot dance-rockers launch a barrage of romp-stomping merriment. Review: "You Could Have It So Much Better" 8. "Victory," Yolanda Adams Traditional gospel gets a modern R&B makeover on this bouncy spiritual. Can we get an amen?! 9. "Making the Band 3" Can Diddy put together an MTV-friendly girl group that can sing and look good in short shorts? 10. "The Man with the Golden Arm" Frank Sinatra fights the demons of drug addiction in Otto Preminger's jazzy classic, now on DVD. Click Here
