Britain: Foreign Secretary Jack Straw

France: Foreign Minister Michel Barnier

Germany: Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer

Indonesia: President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono

Iran: Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi

Iraq: Vice President Roz Shawees

Jordan: King Abdullah

Pakistan: Prime Minister Shauket Aziz

South Africa: President Thabo Mbeki

Spain: Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos

Tunisia: President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali

Turkey: Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul

United Nations: Special Envoy to the Mideast Terje Roed-Larsen

United States: Assistant Secretary of State William Burns

Yemen: President Ali Abdullah Saleh

The U.S. Consul General in Jerusalem, David Pearce, will attend the burial ceremony in Ramallah, as will Glenn Miles, the head of the Australian Representative Office in Ramallah.
