Preparation for a business trip is key. When I travel, I ensure everything is confirmed and that I have all necessary travel papers with me. The better prepared I am for my trip, the let complications I expect to run into, hence the stress level should be less. However, there are always things that come out of the woodwork that you will never be prepared for i.e. delays and cancellations. David Wall, Stuttgart, Germany
I heard several doctors say that for each hour of jetlag, it takes one day to get your internal clock up to date, is this true? Mr Jean-Marc Motchane, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Government advisories have an obscene and negative bias against third world countries. S.M. Kibunja, Nairobi, Kenya
The most entertaining part of Business Traveller is Richard Quest! He was, as always, savvy and engaging. He is a jewel for CNN, business has never been so likeable and enjoyable. Cameron Thatcher de Herrera, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

I think governments should not pass information on to any party unless they are requested on a specific purpose or with the traveler's authorization. Jorge Itapora, Argentina
Why be concerned about reconditioned aircraft? It has been the practice since commercial flying began! Many military aircraft like the Douglas C-47 Dakota were refitted for service after the war and helped build the airline industry we have today. Roy Ellor, Manchester, UK
The U.S. is asking for way too much data on the traveling public. What is wrong with reversing the process; let the U.S. enter names of suspected terrorists into airline data banks and if there is a match, security officials can act accordingly. It is time for the U.S. to stop being the world's policeman. Security is one thing -- a total dismantling of people's privacy is quite another. Michael Cowan, Toronto, Canada
According to my experience, passengers do get tired at times with lousy check-ins and Immigration systems. Mubeshir, Mumbai
After over 20 years of travel in the military by commercial air and leisure travel by air, I have experienced the stress of recent air travel and the congestion, high cost and non-user friendly services at airports. I plan to never travel by air again, unless it is a family emergency or business I have to do. John Hix, Allen, Texas
Travel restrictions imposed by foreign countries must be heard and followed as these decisions are based on intelligence reports. Knowing the Philippines as my birthplace and having stayed there for five years in the early 1990s, I have experienced some corrupt practices by government officers, some of whom have resorted in blackmail and framing people for money. Aster Ramos, Hawaii
