Celtic line up Rangers Cup clash
GLASGOW, Scotland -- Stilian Petrov scored twice in the first half as Celtic won 3-0 at Hearts in the Scottish Cup fourth round.
In the quarterfinals they will be at home to Rangers if their arch-rivals overcome Kilmarnock on Sunday.
Henrik Larsson, who created both goals for Petrov, added a third in injury time after the home side had Paul Hartley and Alan Maybury sent off in the dying minutes for late tackles on Neil Lennon.
Bulgarian Petrov, who has scored six times in the last seven games, opened the scoring on three minutes from close range and added his second 12 minutes before halftime.
"I thought we played great and took the game to Hearts," said Celtic coach Martin O'Neill.
"Stilian has settled us down and the second goal was absolutely delightful."
O'Neill was unhappy at the treatment handed out to Lennon.
"Neil was great today and I'm not sure why he gets the 'accolades' he got from the crowd today. I can understand it at Rangers but not anywhere else.
"What I'm saying is that the reaction of the crowd at the end today was pretty poor fare but we kept our discipline well and that has helped keep us in the cup."
Aberdeen's 2-0 win at Falkirk earned them a home tie with League Cup finalists Livingston or non-league Spartans, who meet on Sunday.
Partick, who hammered Hamilton 5-1, are at home to Clyde or Dunfermline, whose game was abandoned after 57 minutes because of a blizzard, and Motherwell face Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
The quarterfinals will be played on March 6/7.
