Holders Arsenal face Chelsea again

Story Tools

LONDON, England (Reuters) -- Holders Arsenal will play London rivals Chelsea in the FA Cup for the fourth successive season following Monday's draw for the fifth round.

The other outstanding tie will be between Manchester United and either local rivals Manchester City or Tottenham at Old Trafford on the weekend of February 14-15.

The only other all-Premiership tie will be between Liverpool and Portsmouth whose only previous FA Cup meeting was in 1992 when Liverpool won a semifinal replay on penalties.

There was disappointment for Third Division Swansea City, who instead of meeting top flight opposition will travel to Second Division Tranmere Rovers.

Arsenal, bidding to become the first club to reach four successive finals and the first since 1886 to win the trophy three years in a row, beat Chelsea in the 2002 Cup final.

They also knocked them out in the fifth round in 2001 and in the quarterfinals last season after a draw at Highbury.

First Division West Ham's reward for winning at Wolverhampton is another away date with Premiership opposition -- Everton or Fulham.

English FA Cup fifth round draw

Manchester United v Manchester City or Tottenham

Tranmere v Swansea

Telford or Millwall v Burnley

Sunderland v Birmingham City

Sheffield United v Coventry or Colchester

Arsenal v Chelsea

Liverpool v Portsmouth

Everton or Fulham v West Ham

Ties to be played on the weekend of February 14-15
