Milan have won their last five games -- the same as Juve -- with Roma climbing to sixth in the ratings after victory over Sampdoria completed an impressive first half of the season.
English champions Manchester United slipped three places to fifth after their shock defeat at Wolverhampton and are below Arsenal, 2-0 winners at Aston Villa and back in the Premiership lead.
Spanish champions Real Madrid stay after drawing at Real Betis while Primera Liga Valencia ease to 10th after a goalless draw at Valladolid.
Boca Juniors, the Argentine and Intercontinental champions, fall three places and Brazil's Cruzeiro drop two.
