Saha in line for a move to United
LONDON, England -- Fulham have said they have " agreed in principle" to the transfer of their in-form French striker Louis Saha to English champions Manchester United.
On their official website, they said: "Fulham Football Club can confirm that it has reached an agreement in principle with Manchester United for the transfer of the registration of Louis Saha, subject to a number of conditions.
"Fulham FC expects these conditions to be resolved within the next week."
Saha, 25, has scored 15 goals for Fulham this season, playing a major part in their climb to the top six of the Premiership, and was recently linked with a move to the club's arch London rivals Chelsea.
He has been unsettled since United's interest became public and has made it clear he wants to leave for a bigger club in the hope of boosting his prospects of making France's Euro 2004 squad.
