First Up: Still A War

The number of U.S. service members who have died in Iraq since major combat ended now surpasses the number who perished during the initial coalition action to oust Saddam Hussein. Are the almost-daily attacks on U.S. forces just the work of pockets of resistance, or are they a sign that more organized Hussein supporters are at large? Now seven months after the space shuttle Columbia accident, the final report on the investigation into the tragedy has been released. The report blames the accident on a piece of insulation foam that pierced the orbiter's wing during takeoff, but it also cites the culture at NASA for allowing such an incident to go unchecked.
