LONDON, England -- Arsenal face a nervous wait ahead of Wednesday's decisive Champions League clash with Lokomotiv Moscow at Highbury as Thierry Henry struggles to shake off a knee injury.

The Gunners, who need to beat the Russian champions to reach the knockout stages, badly missed the French striker's creativity in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Leicester.

But Arsenal will have midfielder Patrick Vieira back in the side after coach Arsene Wenger chose to rest his captain at the weekend.

Henry, nominated last week for FIFA's World Player of the Year award, was the inspiration behind Arsenal's 5-1 win in their last Champions League match. That result re-ignited their campaign after picking up one point from their first three games.

"It has come on slowly," Wenger said of Henry's injury.

"There was a bit against Inter, but it's become worse with every game since then and then he had really pain last Friday and we decided to rest him at Leicester.

"Ideally, you want him there but the most important thing is that the players who are there are fit. I only play players who are 100 percent. If they are not, I don't play them, no matter how big the game is."

All four teams in Group B can still qualify for the next round, with only two points separating leaders Lokomotiv from fourth-placed Dynamo Kiev. The Ukrainians host Inter Milan in Wednesday's other match.
