Rangers regain lead in Scotland
EDINBURGH, Scotland (Reuters) -- Champions Rangers maintained their perfect start to the season with a 4-0 win at third-placed Hearts.
Georgian striker Shota Arveladze and Danish winger Peter Lovenkrands both scored twice as the Glasgow side returned to the top of the Scottish Premier League with their sixth win of the season.
Alex McLeish's side lead the league on 18 points, two ahead of Celtic who beat Motherwell 3-0 on Saturday.
"If we were going to drop points it might have been today, but the goals we scored were really top drawer," McLeish told reporters.
The Rangers manager was also full of praise for Arveladze.
"Shota's a great finisher and he's added 10 percent to his game after having a hard time with injuries last season," he said.
