For Your Health: Men's biological clocks
(CNN) -- According to a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services report on fatherhood, the ages of fathers and mothers appear to be rising. But experts suggest men, too, have a biological clock that is ticking.
The reason is that as men age so does the quality of their sperm. Unlike women, men's biological clocks are more gradual.
For now, doctors recommend avoiding environmental toxins such as smoking and alcohol if you want to be a father.
