How to prevent cybertheft

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Cybercrime is the fastest-growing criminal activity challenging law enforcement officials, as computer criminals invent new crimes such as webjacking and use technology in age-old activities such as extortion.

Some may think that crimes committed against computers are victimless, but the impact on humans is very real and in some cases fatal.

In part two of a three-part series on cybercrime, CNN Justice Correspondent Kelli Arena reports that organized crime groups are joining the lone hacker online.
