Video: Bush faces closely divided Congress

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Ever since George W. Bush was finally declared the winner of the race for the White House, there has been a lot of talk about the need for both parties to work together.

Don't count on that happening.

The most closely divided Congress in half a century goes to work Wednesday, and CNN Congressional Correspondent Chris Black has the story.
