Naked Jerry Hall makes her stage debut

LONDON -- Texan model Jerry Hall has stripped off to make her nude stage debut in "The Graduate" -- with ex-husband Mick Jagger watching from the stalls.

The preview, at London's Gielgud Theatre, was reportedly marred by a spectator who took a photograph of Hall, 44, as she opened her towel to reveal she was bare beneath it, but theatre staff demanded he hand over the film.

Hall made the long-awaited debut as the middle-aged seductress Mrs Robinson in the stage version of the film which originally starred Anne Bancroft and Dustin Hoffman. She had taken over from another Hollywood star Kathleen Turner.

Hall had prepared for her performance with acting lessons, yoga and weightlifting lessons.

Co-star Josh Cohen, 26, plays the young man Benjamin Braddock - immortalized in the original film by Hoffman - who is seduced by Hall.

Jagger, singer with The Rolling Stones rock group, who split with Hall in 1999, showed up to watch his ex-wife in her first stage appearance for 10 years. The performance was the first in a run of previews before the official opening night on August 8 when critics will give their verdict.
